I started seeing Monica in October of 2020. Generally, we would have a once-a-week session, and though at the time 30 minutes seemed like it was going to be tough, she made it fly by. The time was well planned out and I did more in those thirty minutes than I felt like I would had ever been able to do. Monica listens to needs and wants to make a plan that will help you reach your goals. She takes into consideration how you are feeling, not only during the workout but also during that day. Monica is not just a personal trainer; she is a coach during the workout and beyond. She knows what you are capable of and pushes you to your limit. She has lots of knowledge and shares it with you to help you continue your growth outside of your workouts. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone, as I feel she gives a wonderful experience and truly wants to help people in their personal growth. - Katie B.
When I decided to hire a personal trainer, I was very nervous. I had been following Monica’s fitness journey for awhile and she was very inspiring. Although I was nervous, she made me feel very comfortable during my consultation where we discussed my goals and how we could achieve them. We have been working together for a little under two months, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The amount of knowledge she has shared with me regarding fitness and nutrition has made me an overall healthier person. She pushes me while at the same time recognizing my limits. Monica has been my personal trainer for two months and it has already been a wonderful change in my life and my body. I feel so much better about myself and my energy level has substantially increased. I enjoy our workouts at the gym and Monica is so very good at answering questions and explaining everything to me so that I perform the exercises correctly and feel it in the right areas while being mindful of my arthritis and modifying moves as necessary.
